One of our more popular programs is Kids classes. These classes are held twice a week and are geared to setting the foundation for a healthy and active life. These classes are meant to make working out fun and enjoyable while preparing the kid's for any future athletic endeavors.
Example of class structure:
- 10 minutes running and agility drills
- 5 minutes plyometrics
- 10 minutes learning and practicing Squats
- 5 minute partner workout
- 10 minutes of a game
Classes are held 2 days a week.
Younger Kids Class - 4 to 7 years old
Older Kids - 7 to 11 years old
Cost: 10 class punch card for $100.
