U Can CrossFit started in a garage in 2010, and over the last 5 years has evolved into a 4,500 sqft location in League City. We have one of the most experienced and well trained staff in the area. We have a diverse group of members that range from 3-73 years old, men and women. People with very little, sometimes zero, background in fitness to professional athletes.
