A few months ago, I asked Crockett to help me with my nutrition. We discussed my goals and I told him about how I was starving myself in an attempt to drop weight and knew that I was doing more harm than good to my body and needed to make a change. I had no energy, could not sleep, I was more depressed than ever and I was scared to eat anything.
Crockett monitored the food that I was eating and asked me to add more of this or that. He would also point out that some of the food that I thought was good, was actually not good. On top of that, he also kept a close eye on me during several workouts – didn’t let me get away with anything!
Here are some stats:
- Before Crockett helping me (starving myself) = 19 lbs lost
- During and after (not starving myself) = 21 lbs lost
- None of my pants fit (actually had a pair of shorts fall off while at Kroger’s one day)
- Shirt size decreased overall from XXL (I had to stretch because this size was too small) to XL (and even L in some cases!)
My main goal was to drop a total of 50 pounds, but honestly, I really don’t care about that anymore. I am getting close to meeting that goal, but now I am more focused on just being healthy and happy. My new main goal is to be able to be shirtless and not feel embarrassed (I am not there yet, but I am on my way).
